Traditional services can be complicated to set up, may require longer term commitments or regularly scheduled care. But what if you just need a little help from time to time?

CaregiverGo makes it easy to arrange in-home care with a qualified provider. Simple tasks like an errand or a short visit can be booked immediately. Longer and more complex jobs can be arranged as well. And just like similar matchmaking apps in the rideshare world, CaregiverGo acts as a quality network to ensure positive experiences for both caregivers and users.

From Design to Prototype to Market Ready

CaregiverGo asked Germinate to help bring this idea to market. Together we build and tested wireframes, prototypes, and conducted a beta trial with one test market. We built on shared success, and today the app operates in multiple markets with strong adoptions and retention.

Germinate built CaregiverGo with a brushtrokes approach, using both Mobile and Web technologies to find the fastest path to market. Based on research, we built certain components as mobile only, others as Web only, and when needed we mirrored functionality. This kep development costs down and allowed for quicker testing and revisions. The result- thousands of potentially life-changing visits and connections, is humbling and wonderful.
